Parliament will today, Thursday 22nd February 2024, conduct a taking of oath or affirmation of allegiance by the newly Specially Elected Member of Parliament, Ms. Boitumelo Sandy Gofhamodimo. This swearing in follows the By-Election of the Specially Elected Member of Parliament that was held on Wednesday 21st February 2024 in accordance with Section 58 (2) (b) of the Constitution of Botswana and the First Schedule.
