1. MR. P. M. SEGOKGO, MP. (TLOKWENG): To ask the Minister for State President if he is aware of a case involving a Constable where the Court of Appeal ruled that the Commissioner of Police had acted unlawfully in the dismissal of junior officers by subjecting them to class 2 disciplinary board when they ought to have been tried in class 3 board; if so, to state plans to ensure that:
(i) these officers return to work or are compensated for unlawful dismissal; and
(ii) consideration of out of court settlements to avoid the high cost of suits. (371)
2. MS. H. P. MANYENENG, MP. (MMOPANE-METSIMOTLHABE): To ask the Minister of Water and Human Settlement if he is aware that Mogoditshane Block 10 residents share two (2) stand pipes within the ward which sometimes goes dry for 7 to 10 days and that it is also a challenge to access those stand pipes since there are no proper roads; if so, will he assist with connecting homesteads to the water pipeline. (264)
3. DR. U. DOW, MP. (KGATLENG WEST): To ask the Minister of Local Government and Traditional Affairs if he would agree that many pre-schools are small businesses with a very narrow profit margin and if he agrees:
(i) would he be willing to consider reviewing and removing requirements that make such businesses expensive to run, such as the requirement for toddler toilets, a spare room for rest and a canvas shade;
(ii) that holding up a small business such as a pre-school to standards that Government itself is not able to uphold is unfair and anti-business; and
(iii) that with the high incidence of child abandonment by fathers in this country, high child-care costs disproportionally affect women.

4. MR. T. B. LUCAS, MP. (BOBIRWA): To ask the Minister of Lands and Agriculture to state:
(i) the number of requests for transfer of land ownership and those of Change of Land use that are lying in Land Board offices as of 30th October, 2024;
(ii) the major causes of delay in processing such requests and if such could be remedied in the short to medium term; and
(iii) if he could propose a turnaround time for processing same. (298)
5. MR. M. MOALOSI, MP. (NKANGE): To ask the Minister of Water and Human Settlement to update this Honourable House on:
(i) the current status of the proposed reverse osmosis plant in Maitengwe;
(ii) the names of villages this plant was going to assist and the population of these villages; and
(iii) the current interventions to address the current water shortages in these villages. (301)
6. MR. T. BOGATSU, MP. (LENTSWELETAU-LEPHEPHE): To ask the Minister of Water and Human Settlement if he will consider providing water to the people of Kgabaneng, near Mmatseta as they currently collect water from a spillage along the North – South Carrier (NSC) pipeline and the puddle where they fetch water from is also a watering point for livestock. (305)
7. MR. A. K. KHAN, MP. (MOLEPOLOLE NORTH): To ask the Minister of International Relations to state:
(i) the number of politically appointed Ambassadors since 2019; and
(ii) the ages of these Ambassadors and further state if any one of them is set to retire. (311)
8. MR. L. BARONGWANG, MP. (MOGODITSHANE EAST): To ask the Minister of Lands and Agriculture if he will consider restricting land transfers from citizens to non-citizens considering the high number of such cases. (320)
9. MR. S. O. MAPULANGA, MP. (CHOBE): To ask the Minister of Environment and Tourism to state:
(i) the original total area of the Chobe Game Reserve at inception in 1960/61;
(ii) changes in the total area from 1968 when it was transformed from a game reserve into a national park;
(iii) any subsequent changes to the total area of Chobe National Park from 1968 to date, and when those changes were effected and why;
(iv) when Wildlife Management Areas were introduced in the Chobe District and what the justification for their introduction was;
(v) when the concept of wild animal corridors was implemented in the Chobe District and why these corridors lead to communal lands; and
(vi) whether he is not aware that the animal corridors that lead to communal lands have led to the escalation of human-wildlife conflict, loss of valuable human life, destruction of property and escalation of poverty. (340)
10. MR. G. DISHO, MP. (OKAVANGO EAST): To ask the Minister of Health to apprise this Honourable House on:
(i) the completion of Kauxwi and Ngarange clinics and when these two clinics will be opened to the public;
(ii) when Xakao Clinic will be upgraded as it is the main clinic for serving several villages in the Okavango East Constituency;
(iii) if there are any plans to build a hospital in Seronga as it will serve more than 16 thousand people in eight (8) villages from Mogotho to Gudigwa; and
(iv) whether he is aware that most equipment in some of the health facilities is not working e.g. vehicles are not in working order and what he is doing about this situation in the Okavango East. (372)
